About Lee J.M. da Rocha

Lee J.M. da Rocha was born in 1998 in Lisbon, Portugal and grew up and around the Portadown/Craigavon area in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. Growing up, he gravitated towards the arts and the macabre through horror movies, even though he was susceptible to jumpscares and grotesque effects at the time.

Following da Rocha’s debut novel, Scarred for Life, he further aims to explore the darkest sides and temptations of man, in both the fantastical supernatural and the cascading consequences that befalls from such dark deeds. Incidentally, he also wants to have some craic with his writings, so black humour is as almost as prominent as the horror.
